This immersion class is perfect for anyone wanting to expand their knowledge of traditional and innovative Tuscan cuisine. You will be picked up in Florence and transported to the cooking school, which is held in the original kitchen of a 14th century villa.

Special note: You do not have to be an advanced cook to take this class.

In this class you will prepare 5-6 courses, comprising two anti-pasti, two pasta dishes, a second course, side dishes and dessert. The lesson is hands-on, so you will be actively involved.

Recipes will vary according to season, and you will receive a recipe book and special cooking school apron at the end of the class.

You will then enjoy the meal you have created, which will be complemented by the estate's own Chianti wine and extra-virgin olive oil.
