This class takes you from the market to the table!

Starting in the morning at the market, you will meet the chef who will help you choose the best and freshest ingredients. You will then head to the school for your hands-on cooking class. At the end of the class, you will enjoy the typically Tuscan dishes you have prepared, matched with an excellent wine. Salute!

From the market to the table, this is a wonderful way to experience the delights of Italian cooking.

This class starts at Florence's central "mercato", where your chef will help you choose only the best and freshest ingredients for your authentic Tuscan menu. You will learn about the local produce and what's in season.

You then head to the cooking school, where you will prepare a variety of typically Tuscan dishes following traditional recipes. As the food is always seasonal, the menu will be different for each class.

To end the class, you will enjoy a wonderful lunch of your own creations, paired with a suitable glass of wine. Salute!
